Dear ISE Members & Friends,

The ISE Board has reserved rooms at Makerere University Guest House for the upcoming Congress in Kampala, Uganda, 1-7 August. We recently had a few rooms/beds become available, and would like to offer them to members looking for budget accommodations near the Congress venue.

The following options are available:
  1. One private room is available from 31 July to 8 August at $40 USD/night.
  2. Private rooms are available from 1 August to 7 August at $40 USD/night.
  3. Shared rooms (two twin beds) are available from 1 August to 7 August at $30/night (for a single bed).
  4. Beds are available in the Makerere University Annex from 30 July to 8 August at $20/night. The Annex is located within the University and is shared by larger groups. Bathrooms are shared.
There are a very limited number of rooms available. If you'd like to make a reservation, please let me know which of these four options work for you as soon as possible, and I will send you instructions for how to pay for your room (a 3% credit card processing fee will be added). Your reservation will not be final until you have paid, and refunds will not be available

Thank you! We can't wait to see you all in Uganda.

Warm regards,
